how do submit songs

hi

i'm hannah and i'm only young but for 3 years i have been writing songs but i'm not the best singer.
i need help submiting songs where you don't have to sing. so like i write songs for other people to sing, but i can't compose my own music just the song lyrics.

so if you could please help me with my question.
