Beth Nielsen Chapman has written songs for Neil Diamond, Waylon Jennings, Emmylou Harris, Brenda Lee, Michael McDonald, Bonnie Raitt, Bette Midler, Amy Grant, Keb Mo, Roberta Flack, Willie Nelson, Patti Griffin and Anne Murray. In 1999 “This Kiss,” was recorded by Faith Hill. It won ASCAP’s 1999 “Song of the Year”. It also was nominated for a Grammy. Beth Nielsen Chapman is a great singer as well with 9 highly-acclaimed albums and many songwriting awards.
Pat Pattison developed the first Songwriting Music Major in the US. He also is a very respected author with three best-selling including Writing Better Lyrics. Since 1997 Pat's run lead 9 of these retreats at REO. Pat teaches around the world and is involved with TAXI, NSAI and lots of other songwriting associations.
