This is an interesting new site. It works sort of like MasterWriter but is completely online. You can create a lyric project and organize all your background thoughts, rhyme looks-ups and comments. It also keeps track of all your revisions as you save your work.

One of the best features is that you can share a lyric with one or more co-writers.

The rhyming dictionary look-up is really strong as well. The perfect rhymes are there but it really shines for near rhymes giving numerous options for hard to rhyme words and new options to avoid overused cliches.

It is completely free during the beta. There are some youtube screencasts that explain all the key features.
