A song can have anything that a writer wants to put in it, but a song that does not follow current trends, methods and standards will never be heard or have a chance to be heard, recorded and sold unless it first goes through some scrubbing by the record company and or the artist that will perform the song.
The music industry is like a group of politicians or used car salesmen. They will never offer you the best deal up front and they will try to take all they can from the fruits of your labor.
So yes, a writer can write whatever they want. Lots of people do than and never go anywhere or are ever taken seriously. But if this is really a spirit you have within you then you should want to use your spirit to create the very best piece of work you can and incorporate into it those things that will allow it to be heard, recorded and in the end you will profit from it.
If it's just for fun, a fad, or ???? then write anything you like and expect it to be taken that way.
My best to you,

a song can have the same rhyme at the end, beginning or anywhere in the lyric. if it means something to the writer... it makes it a song.

You are correct.
Too many times someone tries to write a set of lyrics based on some songwriting book or just try to rhyme words and thinks they have created a song.
All sets of lyrics are based on some sort of experience. Too bad we don't learn that sooner in our writing.
