Before I begin, I just want you to know that I feel your pain, naive as they may sound. I've been forced into a mental hospital, I've taken the pills and I've got the scars and all that jazz. I'm not yet all together better but I believe I'm getting there.

These lyrics. I've seen these way too many times before. Just about every person in the world who deals with this, sums it up in a song like this. Nothing wrong with it, nothing at all. But jotting down all of your sad emotions into lyrics does not make for good poetry. It's not realistic. Even in my darkest moments, ive learned there is a bit of light shining down from somewhere in the sky. And even if there isnt, there are certainly other emotions that can be included into a dark song. Think about it. This is just too sad to be considered much.

You've got what it takes. If you can feel this way, you've got it. I can tell you're profound and swelling up with anxiety. You want your voice to be heard. Try stepping away from yourself for a few seconds, clear your head for a long as you can, and view your trouble from a higher point of you. Try to picture your troubles as a big black lake, and your sitting on a dock above it, pensively looking at it. There is a world of emotions out there. Dont let the simple sad one get all of the attention. Explore, those emotions are begging to be heard just as much as you are.

Good luck with everything, keep going at it dont ever give up. You're the only one on this website so far that I think has got what it takes.

I can relate emotionally to that I've had a hard past too. I didn't rate it a five because it could use a little more beat to it but I like it all together good job man and I wish u luck in the future with your struggles

You'll have to stick with what A&R's are demanding in most cases: V V Bridge C song break V C.
They don't have much wiggle room it seems.

You have the same bad back as i experienced in 82. Now my knees are shot, no medial compartment meniscus and a torn right MCL.

But i take my meds seriously and only as prescribed. Otherwise I'd be in your shoes.

I'll say a prayer for you but you gotta fight this battle on your own.

My name is Dan,by reading your lyrics I can obviously see you,re in some pain.I can relate I broke my back a feww years ago ,now I on fentanyl 100 and still I have pain.I hope that everything works out for you.I enjoyed what you had to say I definately think you should continue to write.Remember people have so much crap in there life that when thay turn on the radio they want to tune all the bad things out Even thogh you,re in pai remember the songs are for the listener so maybe you can write something so they can smile and tune out the bad.
