summer fling lyris something changed when the year struck 2010, i wasnt the same girl your knew back then. conversation became ackward, and sparks began to fly, but stupid me i forgot to ask why? So this girl who built walls around her heart, took a leap of faith and feelings begen to start. I fell for this john deere, sun-kissed boy that filled my summer with laughter and joy. But the cold came, the sun faded and we both had to go back to our lives, cause perfect moments only come and the most unconvenient times. i should have known your non one-women kind of guy, but i was busy falling fast for you that weekend of july. I wiped away the pain and forgot all the feelings, cause my heart is no longer yours for stealing. I hope the sun shines and the radio plays, making you remember all those long summer days. Dont you think i was to young to be messed with, this innocent mess, who cried the whole way home. But i know you cant break me anymore, cause all the hell that you put me though made me stronger than before. THe words you said for jut us to know, i thouht it was was real so why did you run away...? I walk in that house ad memories fill my head, casue thats where it all started and tooks its end. But now youll add me to your long list of girls who you cant stand. and i regret how i ignored when they said run as fast as you can. But life puts you situations you've never even known, so you can look back and see how much youve grown. Growing up is something we all have to do, i had my turn now its time for you. and maybe a summer fling was all we were ment to be, but all times passes and wounds heal you know where to find me.
